uninitialized constant ActionController::Base::ContextOptions

My rails app throws this error when I gry to include the resourcelogic gem. I am using jRuby on Rails, JRuby version 1.2.0 and Rails version 2.3.2.
I would love to see a fix for this as so far I think your gems are generally really well written (authlogic and searchlogic) and I think this gem would solve another issue I am trying to solve in my app.
