Ask for writing
Reported by JasonGoebel | November 30th, 2018 @ 12:26 AM
Perhaps the real problem isn't whether or not to ask for writing, but where in the process that writing is requested.
SAT and ACT tests are computer-graded standardized testing, if memory serves. You either fill in the right bubble correctly, or you don't; there is no subjective component to that sort of test grading.
So, where do essays fit into that model? Who grades them, and how good are they at grading? Is it just the writemyessay test scores that are submitted, or the essays themselves? Do those scores reflect the same academic values as the schools reading them?
